Job Description:

HPE Aruba Networking provides next-generation networking solutions for the mobile enterprise, focusing on campus, branch, mobility, and IoT to transform businesses with secure, intelligent network access.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop growth opportunities through account planning; manage the process with regular reviews.
  2. Work extensively with external partners to deliver solutions.
  3. Spend significant time directly with customers, engaging with all levels, especially management.
  4. Create business plans collaboratively with customers.
  5. Use consultative selling to identify and develop profitable opportunities.
  6. Maintain high customer loyalty, trust, and integrity.
  7. Achieve quarterly, half-yearly, and annual quotas and margins.
  8. Update pipeline opportunities regularly and follow best practices in pipeline management.
  9. Implement margin recovery strategies when needed.
  10. Collaborate with global and local teams for international accounts.
  11. Identify customer needs and align them with the company's supply chain options.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Deep knowledge of key customer types or products.
  • Recognized as an expert within the company.
  • Minimum 5+ years in networking sales.
  • Experience with SLED and Commercial accounts.
  • Specialization in Networking products.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong leadership and cross-functional skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Broad understanding of customer needs with creative solutions.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple partners and manage relationships at management/executive levels.
  • Expertise in sales negotiation and closing deals.
  • Ability to lead account resources effectively for business results.
  • Experience managing end-to-end large deal sales processes.
