WEBTOON Entertainment is seeking a remote, part-time Comment Moderator to review user-generated content for compliance with our Community Guidelines. You will assess visuals and text, flag violations, and document decisions.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, culturally aware, and able to learn new systems quickly. Familiarity with pop culture, strong internet access, and discretion with sensitive material are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Prior hands-on experience moderating user-generated content (e.g. comments, forums, or social media trust & safety)
• Culturally aware of current trends, slang, and pop culture in the U.S. (a plus if also familiar with trends in Hindi-, Japanese-, or Portuguese-speaking markets)
• Technically savvy and able to quickly learn new systems
• High speed internet connection required
• Comfortable reviewing graphic, sensitive, or disturbing content as a routine part of the role
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality around user data and moderation decisions

We are looking for Comment Moderators to review and moderate user-generated content. As a Comment Moderator, you will review and investigate visual and written content that violates our Community Guidelines. You must be detail-oriented, culturally attuned, and self-motivated.

• This is a remote, part-time contract role.
• Bilingual fluency in English plus Hindi, Japanese, or Portuguese is preferred, but not required
