Job summary

Togetherhood is building a vibrant marketplace connecting educators with schools and communities seeking enrichment. We’re looking for enthusiastic instructors to teach Illustration (Comics and Manga) to K-12 students across Wash DC, with opportunities lasting 6 to 18 weeks.

As an after-school instructor, you will develop age-appropriate curricula, lead weekly in-person classes, foster an inclusive, joyful learning environment, and track student growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience creating age-appropriate art activities for K-12 students.
  • Ability to build hands-on projects in comics and manga.
  • Strong classroom management and engaging teaching style.

Responsibilities

  • Develop age-appropriate Creative Arts/Crafts curriculum for after-school students.
