The Lincoln Generating Facility is a 656-692 MW natural gas-fired “peaker” plant in Manhattan, Illinois, operated by Earthrise Energy. The Combustion Turbine Technician is a highly skilled technical role responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of aero-derivative combustion turbine equipment. This position requires advanced knowledge of gas turbine systems, controls, instrumentation, and balance of plant equipment gained through technical training and hands‑on experience. Technicians support safe, reliable plant performance while collaborating in a multidisciplinary team environment.
$30 - $60 an hour
Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record, as this position requires occasional travel for company business. Candidates should be comfortable operating a vehicle as part of their job responsibilities and must meet any applicable company and insurance requirements.
