Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking skilled TIG welders for an on-site, full-time position in Columbus, MS. You will weld aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and other alloys to exacting aerospace and defense standards, following blueprints and weld procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on TIG/GTAW welding experience with blueprint-reading skills.
• Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, or specialty alloys.
• Aerospace, defense, precision fabrication, or pipe/tube welding experience preferred.
• AWS D17.1, NAVSEA, or orbital welding experience is a plus.

Columbus, MS | $22–$44/hour DOE | Full-Time, On-Site
First Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM

Put your TIG skills to work on precision aerospace and defense components. An established manufacturer is seeking welders who take pride in clean welds, accurate fabrication, and quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Perform TIG/GTAW welding on aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other alloys.
• Follow blueprints, weld procedures, and technical drawings.
• Weld thin-wall components using jigs and fixtures.
• Support inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.

What You Bring

• Hands-on TIG/GTAW welding experience and blueprint-reading skills.
• Experience with stainless steel, aluminum, or specialty alloys.
• Aerospace, defense, precision fabrication, or pipe/tube welding experience preferred.
