Perform Various Welding Techniques: Use SMAW (Stick), GTAW (TIG), and FCAW (Flux Core) to weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components.
Read and Interpret Blueprints: Understand schematics and engineering drawings to plan layout and ensure precision in welds.
Pipe and Structural Welding: Weld pipe and structural supports in multiple positions, including roll-outs and overhead.
Pressure Vessel Fabrication: Sheer, roll, and fuse pressure vessels made of stainless steel or aluminum.
Safety and Quality Compliance: Follow strict safety protocols and ensure welds meet industry standards, including x-ray and visual inspections.
Tool and Equipment Operation: Use grinders, saws, drill presses, and other fabrication tools to prepare and finish welds.
Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other welders, fitters, and supervisors to meet production goals and resolve welding issues.
