Job summary

Hydromax USA is seeking a skilled Combo Operator to safely operate a Combo/Jet-Vac Truck for cleaning underground pipes, vaults and tanks using high-pressure water and vacuum equipment. You will follow safety protocols, set up traffic control, and support the crew to deliver high-quality field services in Houston.

Reporting to the Field Operations Manager, you’ll uphold environmental and safety standards, work outdoors in varying weather, and participate in vaccination per company policy.

Position Summary

Your role as a Combo Operator involves the safe and efficient operation of a Combo/Jet-Vac Truck to clean underground pipes, vaults, and tanks using high-pressure water and vacuum equipment. You will be responsible for maintaining job site safety, setting up appropriate traffic control in compliance with local regulations, and supporting overall crew productivity. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to environmental and operational safety standards. You will report directly to the Field Operations Manager and play an essential role in delivering reliable, high-quality service in the field.

Hydromax USA Vaccination Requirement

This position requires compliance with Hydromax USA's vaccination safety program due to potential exposure-related health risks. New hires must either provide documentation of previously completed required vaccinations or complete the required vaccinations within the first 30 days of employment.

Required vaccinations include:

• Hepatitis B
• Hepatitis A
• TDAP/Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, Acellular Pertussis)

Regional & Work Environment Considerations

This role involves working along busy streets, highways, and residential roads, often in high-traffic areas. Crews must follow strict safety protocols and be aware of roadside hazards. Some sites may include embankments, uneven terrain, or wet conditions. Expect outdoor challenges and changing weather conditions. This means adapting to high heat, humidity, sudden storms, and cold temperatures.
