Job summary

Estes-Express-Lines is seeking a professional truck driver to operate tractor/trailer units across diverse routes. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure safety of equipment and cargo in compliance with FMCSA regulations.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements, the ability to drive in varied terrain and weather conditions, and a commitment to timely, courteous service and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker and Doubles endorsements.
• Must pass FMCSA medical exam and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor/trailer in compliance with FMCSA regulations.
• Maintain records and logs as required by regulation.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure mechanical safety.
• Report maintenance issues to Fleet Services or supervision.
• Possess ability to drive in all terrain and environmental conditions.
• Support local pickup/delivery, hub/regional, and dock loading/unloading as needed.
• Attend work regularly and perform duties as assigned.
