Job summary

Xcite Automotive is seeking a skilled Body/Paint Technician at our Sanford, FL partner dealership to perform body repairs, painting, and refinishing. The role emphasizes high-quality workmanship, efficient production, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced reconditioning setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in body repair, experience with panels and frame work, and the ability to complete vehicles to retail-ready standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional automotive body repair or collision repair experience.
• Experience with dealership or collision repair environment preferred.
• Ability to independently perform body repairs and assess damage.

Responsibilities

• Perform collision repair and bodywork to dealership standards.
• Diagnose and repair collision damage.
• Perform frame/unibody repairs and measurements as required.
• Repair and align panels, doors, fenders, bumpers, and related components.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles, document parts usage.
• Ensure panel alignment and proper finish.
• Paint and refinishing when required, including blends and clear coats.
• Maintain safety and production throughput.
