Position Overview: The Combo Agent is responsible for performing both ramp and warehouse duties within the ground handling operations. This dual role involves the safe and efficient handling of cargo both on the ramp (aircraft side) and within the cargo warehouse, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, safety protocols, and customer service standards. High school diploma or equivalent; certification in cargo handling or related field preferred. If work location is in the United States, must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986. If work location is in Canada, must have authorization to work in Canada as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) of 2001.
1-3 years of experience in cargo handling, ramp operations, or warehouse management within the aviation industry.
Strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with cargo handling procedures, safety regulations, and aviation industry standards.
