BAE Systems invites current college students to join the Platforms & Services sector as a Combat Vehicles Electrical Engineering Intern for Summer 2026. Located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, this full-time onsite internship focuses on hands-on projects in the CMS program.

Program includes networking, mentorship, and interactions with senior leaders to support professional growth. No relocation or housing is provided. The internship runs approximately April to August 2026.

Formación

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing an Electrical Engineering or related degree.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Organized and punctual with good planning and follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Support the electrical design/build process for Combat Vehicle programs.
• Generate or update engineering drawings, specifications, and other documentation.
• Perform hardware checkout or verification on prototype or production models.
• Conduct engineering trade studies and research.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to engineering drawing release processes.
• Develop data analysis tools for design-related tasks.
• Address aspects of electrical power, distribution, cabling, C4ISR, vehicle displays, databusses, transducers, actuators, and lighting.
