Job summary

ManTech seeks a Combat Systems Analyst to join our team in the Washington D.C. Navy Yard. This is an onsite position working with Navy fleet readiness issues and senior leadership.

Responsibilities include briefing senior naval leadership, maintaining schedules for fleet readiness briefings, and coordinating with the Major Program Manager. Requires a US citizenship, active secret clearance, and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years of Navy fleet experience as a US Navy officer.
• Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical staff and senior leadership.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Combat Systems Analyst to join our team working in the Washington D.C. Navy Yard. This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist the Aegis Readiness Major Program Manager/Deputy Major Program Manager (MPM/DMPM) in developing briefs to Senior Naval leadership on a wide variety of Aegis combat system fleet readiness issues with minimal oversight/guidance
• Attend high-level briefings and taking detailed notes for later briefings to the MPM/DMPM on fleet combat systems issues
• Maintain a schedule of upcoming combat systems fleet readiness related briefings

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 3+ years of Navy fleet experience as a US Navy officer
• Experience communicating effectively with technical and non-technical staff as well as senior leadership.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current secret security clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
