Job summary

Walmart in Charleston is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to support freight handling, pallet movement, and stock replenishment. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates verbally and in writing.
• Ensure freight quality by inspecting stray and damaged cases, pallets, shrink wrap, and freight for damage; maintain logs.
• Replenish merchandise onto/from racks or docks using warehouse systems or verbal instructions.
• Organize warehouse by using power equipment to move pallets and manage pallet flow.
• Move, scan, and handle freight using power equipment; monitor and log activity.
• Provide basic maintenance to equipment as needed.

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.15 - $26.65* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
