Job summary

Manifest Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager for an onsite role in Columbus, OH. The position focuses on defining scope, managing cross-functional IT and supply chain projects, and delivering milestones with strong stakeholder alignment.

You will drive roadmaps, coordinate with technology partners, and enforce PMO processes while seeking efficiency gains and cost reductions. A hands-on leader with excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• 5+ years of experience leading medium to large projects from initiation to delivery
• Proficient in PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Ability to define scope and purpose with stakeholders to establish realistic expectations
• Experience with project planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello)
• Ability to translate leadership's vision into actionable plans
• Strong planning, organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Defines project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management
• Develops and manages cross-functional IT projects, application implementations, and infrastructure initiatives
• Communicates project priorities to technology partners
• Creates two-year technology road maps with milestones
• Ensures on-time delivery in collaboration with technology partners
• Manages changes in scope, identifies issues, and develops contingency plans
• Identifies and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team
• Follows PMO guidelines and maintains documentation
• Manages dependencies and critical paths
• Plans, schedules, and tracks timelines, milestones, financials, and deliverables
• Develops clear documentation and visuals to communicate complex topics
• Provides on-site monitoring of schedules and vendor accountability
• Facilitates collaboration across functions and levels
• Aims to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Liaises with contractors and suppliers to communicate issues and seek economies of scale
• Implements testing cycles to improve quality
• Identifies and mitigates project risks
• Monitors issue resolution and project performance
• Maintains governance for risk, changes, and financial control
• Maintains project documentation and status reports
• Presents and communicates technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Understanding of IT Enterprise technologies
• Experience with business process development/improvement and organizational change management
