Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or M&A preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, modeling, and valuation skills with proficiency in analyzing complex financial data.
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify and assess new business opportunities.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead acquisition and divestiture due diligence process, valuation analysis, and pre-closing integration/separation planning.
• Create and review detailed financial models and valuation analyses for potential transactions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Finance and Treasury to structure transactions.
• Support communications with Cardinal Health leadership and facilitate corporate approval for deals.
• Coordinate integration planning with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop separation plans for divestitures and transition services agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and Cardinal Health governance standards.
