Job summary

Armada Staffing Group is seeking a Driver Helper / Loader to assist drivers with daily collection routes, load materials, and maintain safety on all routes. Begin shifts early in the morning and coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery and completion of routes.

This role may require overtime on holidays, Saturdays, or other occasions. Boots that cover the ankle are required, and PPE is provided. Start times are 5:30 AM or 6:30 AM depending on route.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work early morning hours.
• Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays, holidays, and special occasions when required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Willing to work until the assigned route is complete.
• Must wear work boots that cover the ankle, tennis shoes not allowed.

Job Summary

The Driver Helper / Loader assists the driver with daily routes by loading materials, maintaining a safe work environment, and helping ensure routes are completed efficiently and on time.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with daily collection routes
• Load materials safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work as part of a team to complete assigned routes
• Report to the job site prior to the scheduled start time
• Clock in at the beginning of the shift and clock out at the end of the shift
• Complete routes until all assigned work is finished

Requirements
