Price Benowitz LLP is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to help grow our Personal Injury practice in Columbia, South Carolina. We are looking for a mid-level or higher attorney with at least five years of relevant experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and build a practice with the resources and support of an established firm.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
• 5+ years of legal experience, Personal Injury strongly preferred.
• Ability to independently manage cases and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury matters from intake through settlement, litigation, and trial.
• Develop case strategy and maintain primary responsibility for active caseload.
• Conduct and defend depositions, attend hearings, negotiate settlements.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout cases.
• Evaluate potential cases and advise on strategy and value.
• Develop growth strategies for the firm’s Personal Injury presence in Columbia and SC markets.
• Build relationships with attorneys, community leaders, and referral partners.
