Job summary

Caring Life Services is seeking an attentive and trustworthy caregiver to join our team in Millville. You will follow a daily care schedule, support clients with ADLs/IADLs, and report any changes to the supervising team.

The role emphasizes patience, empathy, strong communication, and reliability to help clients feel safe and comfortable. Candidates must meet the listed qualifications, pass a background check, and have a valid PA driver’s license/ID if required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• PA Valid Driver’s License/PA ID – No out of state IDs.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check.
• TB test prior to working with clients.
• Must be at least 21 years or older.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.

The caregiver will follow a daily care schedule with clients, report on any new conditions or needs that may arise. Assist with all ADL's and IADL's.

To succeed as a caregiver you should be patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills. You should be observant and committed to making your client feel safe and comfortable.

Hours

Male client in Millville - Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm - Aid with meals, light cleaning, companionship - help with any Dr appointment calls.

Female client who is in need Tuesday/Thursday 2pm to 6pm and then Saturdays a 2pm to 6pm. Small dog in the home. Like to go out to the pavilion and smoke.
