Job summary

Tricoci Salon | Spa is seeking Colorists who want to refine their craft and grow their book in a luxury salon environment. The role offers paid onboarding, ongoing color-focused training, and opportunities across multiple Chicagoland locations.

The team enjoys a structured training program, flexible schedule (~4 days/week with evenings and weekends), and compensation with base pay plus commission. Illinois license required and advancement paths available.

Schedule & Availability

We’re looking for team members with flexibility to work approximately 4 days per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak business hours.

This role requires full commitment to our structured training program, designed to strengthen your color theory, formulation skills, consultation approach, and guest experience. Training takes place during weekday daytime hours and is a critical part of onboarding and long-term success at Tricoci.

Compensation & Benefits

• $15-$16.20/hour base pay plus commission opportunities exceeding 50%
