Job summary

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center seeks a Colorectal Surgeon to lead the Division of Colorectal Surgery in Lebanon, NH. The role includes leadership of four surgeons and APPs, delivering comprehensive colorectal care, and contributing to education and research within the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.

The successful candidate will oversee open, laparoscopic, and robotic procedures, participate in multidisciplinary teams, and help drive academic missions, including protected research

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with completion of ACGME-accredited general surgery residency.
• Fellowship in Colorectal Surgery with board eligibility or certification.
• Evidence of academic leadership and mentorship in surgery.
• Commitment to education and research within an academic medical center.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Colorectal Surgery Division, directing a team of surgeons and APPs.
• Provide broad-based colorectal clinical care with opportunities for endoscopy.
• Advance education, research, and scholarly activity within the department.
• Represent the division in regional and national surgical forums.
