Job summary

Sacramento Colon & Rectal Surgery Medical Group in Barrington, IL is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Colorectal Surgeon to join our established private practice. You will provide full-scope colorectal surgery in outpatient and inpatient settings within a collaborative clinical environment with an extensive referral network.

The role offers a rapid path to ownership, access to the da Vinci robotic system, a 1:5 call rotation, and comprehensive benefits including malpractice insurance

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in colorectal surgery.
• Active or eligible Illinois medical license.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope colorectal surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Perform minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic procedures using the da Vinci platform.
• Manage complex anorectal, inflammatory bowel, and oncology cases.
• Participate in a 1:5 call schedule.
• Share rotation covering general surgery call and Level II trauma call at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital.
