Job summary

Enloe Health in Chico, California, is seeking a Colorectal Surgeon to join our hospital-based colorectal program. The role emphasizes minimally invasive techniques, including laparoscopic and robotic surgery, with access to three DaVinci Xi and DV5 robots.

You will perform colorectal procedures, participate in weekly tumor board discussions, and provide comprehensive patient care in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Board eligible/board certified in colon and rectal surgery.
• Fellowship trained in colon and rectal surgery.
• Possess or be eligible for California medical license.

Responsibilities

• Perform colorectal surgery with minimally invasive approaches, including laparoscopic and robotic techniques.
• Lead colorectal procedures and participate in weekly tumor board meetings.
• Provide patient care in a hospital-based colorectal clinic with a focus on quality and outcomes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Generous compensation package with two-year income guarantee ($540k-$560k base + productivity) and benefits
