  • Proven track record of winning and delivering transportation projects in Colorado with strong client relationships.
  • Extensive experience working with regional transportation agencies and local municipalities.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience in sales forecasting and business development strategy.

The Transportation Business Unit is seeking a Colorado Transportation Market Leader in Denver, CO.

What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth by securing new work, expanding market share, and building backlog.
  • Serve as a Client Leader for key clients, ensuring DEA is their trusted partner.
  • Lead business development efforts to capture strategic transportation infrastructure opportunities.
  • Develop and execute 12-month rolling pipeline forecasts to ensure sustainable market growth.
Project Management and Delivery Integration
  • Serve as Principal-in-Charge or Project Manager on strategic pursuits and complex projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet DEA's quality standards.

Client and Market Leadership
