Job summary

Minga Education Group is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver compliant OT services in Colorado schools. The role emphasizes collaboration with school leaders, Special Services Providers, teachers, and families to support sensory-motor, fine-motor, and functional participation within MTSS/RTI frameworks.

The OT will conduct evaluations, provide interventions, and help develop IEP goals, with opportunities for remote collaboration and planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid Colorado OT license and/or SSP license in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience providing school-based OT services to students with disabilities.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct school-based OT evaluations addressing fine-motor and sensory processing.
• Develop IEP goals, service plans, and progress monitoring.
• Provide direct and consultative OT services for classroom participation.
• Collaborate with teachers, SLPs, PTs, psychologists, nurses and families.
