LifeStance Health is seeking licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners to join our Colorado clinical team, delivering high‑quality behavioral healthcare through a mix of telemedicine and in‑person care. This role supports patients across Colorado, with in‑office presence required in certain locations.

We offer generous compensation ($144,000–$276,000 annually), full benefits, CME reimbursement, a 401(k) with match, and a sign‑on bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Colorado with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Must reside in Colorado and be able to work in-office as needed.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority and DEA.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric provider services via telemedicine and in-person visits.
• Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Support patients across Colorado with flexible scheduling and comprehensive care.
