Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Product Quality Assurance Color Specialist to lead color-related tasks from development through finished goods. You will support color standards, manage data and documentation, and assist in OPCS program administration while collaborating with Colorists.

The role requires 4+ years in administrative/data roles, strong MS Office skills, and meticulous attention to detail. This hybrid position is based in our Issaquah, WA office with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience in business administrative support responsibilities.
• 4+ years of experience with data systems.
• Capable of accurate collecting, understanding, and reporting data.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PDF and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Builds strong, reliable relationships with team members, cross-functional teams, and business partners.
• Open to new ideas and adaptable to change.
• Demonstrates flexibility, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly driven, engaged, and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Support Color Management projects by evaluating options and coordinating with suppliers.
• Develop proposals for new technologies impacting the department.
• Assist in developing color standards with a focus on quality and integrity.
• Generate data requests and track status updates.
• Manage data and reporting, auditing systems to capture required data.
• Edit documents, procedures, and forms for accuracy.
• Maintain a color filing system with Colorists.
• Provide strategic support to the PQA Color Team when needed.
