Job summary

Rust-Oleum is seeking a Color Match Technician in Paterson, NJ to color match bulk nail enamel to established standards and follow SOPs and work instructions. You will adjust formulas with the production supervisor and coordinate with R&D and Quality Control.

The role requires a High School diploma and 1–2 years of color matching experience in paints or coatings, plus basic math skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Adjust suspension base to color standards.


• Color match bulk quantities of nail enamel to established standards.


• Adjust color formulas with production supervisor when necessary.
