Qualifications

• Attendance: Timely & predictable attendance required for all company employees.
• Scheduling & reporting must remain flexible & available given business needs.
• Through on-the-job training and presence, develop practical knowledge of core product lines.
• Driving: Legally able to drive for business; active driver’s license in state of residence.
• Basic oral communication: fluent in English; reading and writing in standard English.
• Computer/POS: Basic skills; familiar with internet, emails, Windows/Office, POS system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with identifying paint product needs.
• Answer inquiries in person or by phone; resolve issues professionally.
• Provide product suggestions based on requirements and budget.
• Record color history data and tint colors per specifications.
• Operate POS system and handle sales, inventory, and pricing inquiries.
• Keep store clean, organized, and safe; assist with shipping/receiving.
