• 2+ years behind the chair with strong foundations.
• Experience in hair color and extensions.
• Strong consultations and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide elevated services with custom color highlights balayage and dim color.
• Deliver elevated consultations using digital tools and create hair plans.
• Confidently recommend services, upgrades, and home care.
• Maintain timing, cleanliness, and a polished guest experience.
• Take before/after photos and support rebooking and referrals.
• Follow Pure's service standards and continue education.
