Job summary

You will act as the site expert on color measurement and appearance, guiding QC, production and technical teams toward color consistency.

Responsibilities include leading color-focused improvement projects, reducing finished goods sampling, and delivering training on color science fundamentals and measurement practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field relevant to color science.
• Experience in color science, coatings, pigments, or manufacturing quality systems.
• Proven ability to lead teams or projects and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads color-related improvement projects and process optimization.
• Analyzes color data to reduce finished goods sampling and variability.
• Develops color standards, specifications, and appearance expectations.
• Delivers training on color science and measurement for staff.
• Supports root cause investigations for color and appearance issues.
• Serves as site expert on color measurement systems and evaluation.
• Collaborates with Quality, Production, and Technical teams to drive quality gains.
