Vuori seeks an Associate Color Developer to bring color ideas to life across performance and lifestyle fabrics, ensuring the brand aesthetic, quality, and testing standards are met. You will support color feasibility, lab dip evaluation, and color fastness testing with teams from Design to Production.

Collaborating with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and overseas mills, you will ensure seasonal colors are developed, evaluated, approved, and tested on time for each season, acting as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Material Development, Product Development, or equivalent years of experience preferred.
• 3+ years of color development experience.
• Knowledge of dyes and dyeing techniques for varied fiber contents.
• Understanding of color fastness testing standards.
• Experience with PLM systems; Centric PLM a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive development and approval of seasonal colored materials for categories; ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
• Provide technical color expertise when evaluating color and fabric combinations.
• Maintain and organize lab dip libraries (physical and digital).
• Track color approval status across seasons; communicate risks or delays.
• Maintain color records in PLM with comments, approvals, and ETAs.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and drive action items with internal teams and suppliers.
