Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Porter to help maintain vehicle cleanliness and shop presentation. You will pre-wash vehicles, assist with production area housekeeping, and transport vehicles to sublet locations as needed.

This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and reliability. Automotive experience is preferred, with benefits including PTO, parental leave, holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and more.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily housekeeping of office and production areas.
• Pre-wash and prep vehicles before repairs.
• Clean vehicles after repairs for delivery.
• Keep shop and parking areas neat and safe.
• Transport vehicles to sublet locations as needed.
• Assist with tool and equipment organization.
