Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician to join our team in the Ridgeland South area. You will blueprint, repair and restore vehicles to factory specifications, collaborating with painters, estimators and front office staff to move cars efficiently. We require at least two years of hands-on experience and frame/structural know-how.

You must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit: able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Coordinate as a team to move cars through efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
