Caliber Collision Sandy is seeking an experienced auto body technician to perform full collision repairs with a focus on frame and structural work. You will blueprint, straighten, weld, and reassemble vehicles to factory specs, collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

The role requires at least two years of hands-on experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualificações

• At least two years of hands-on experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tighten bolts, welds, and align finishes.
• Physically fit for lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair, from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly; finishes and fit are top priorities.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
