Caliber in Norcross, GA is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our busy service center. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs, handle panel and structural work, and ensure fit and finish meet factory specs.

Qualifications

• At least two years of auto collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Detail-oriented with tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player who collaborates with other shop staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair from minor to major.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with correct fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
