ProColor Collision Phoenix is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Collision Repair Body Technician / Auto Body Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities
The Body Technician is responsible for repairing vehicles according to repair plans, manufacturer procedures, and quality standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle body parts.
- Performing repairs according to estimates, repair plans, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Preparing vehicles for body and paint repair stages.
- Reviewing parts and identifying any missing, incorrect, or damaged parts.
- Communicating additional damage or repair needs to the estimator or production manager.
- Notifying management of any issues that may affect quality, cycle time, or promised delivery dates.
- Completing quality checks before moving vehicles to the next stage.
- Taking repair photos when needed.
- Maintaining tools and equipment in safe working condition.
- Wearing required safety equipment and following shop safety procedures.
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Working with the production team to keep vehicles moving efficiently.
- Assisting teammates when needed.
- Following all applicable safety, environmental, and shop procedures.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include:
- 6+ years of collision repair/body technician experience.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to read and understand estimates and repair plans.
- Experience with structural and non‑structural repairs.
- Frame rack experience required.
- Aluminum repair experience is required.
- Welding experience is required.
- I‑CAR training or certifications are required.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- EV training or blueprinting experience is required.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to the team.
Physical Requirements
This position requires the ability to:
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
- Work around vehicles, tools, equipment, and shop materials.
- Lift up to 75 pounds as needed.
- Work in a shop environment that may include heat, cold, noise, and dust.
- Safely operate customer and company vehicles.

Compensation
