Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Refinish Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous refinishing, color matching, and quality repairs to return vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will work with the team to meet KPIs and uphold Gerber’s commitment to speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of collision repair experience.
• Ability to properly complete all steps in the refinishing process.
• Above average quality focus and attention to detail.
• High production capabilities and efficiency.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review body work for quality and completeness as it arrives in the paint department.
• Thoroughly mix, color match, and refinish each vehicle to restore pre-accident condition.
• Complete all refinish operations as described in the work order.
• Efficiently use and maintain paint material inventory.
• Properly dispose of hazardous waste and follow safety protocols.
• Attend and contribute to daily production meetings with the team.
• Collaborate with production schedule and coworkers to meet deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
