Gerber Collision & Glass in Michigan is seeking a Refinish Technician to deliver an exceptional customer experience through meticulous refinishing to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will thoroughly mix, color match, and refinishing each vehicle while supporting the shop's KPIs and acting as a Brand Ambassador for Gerber Collision & Glass. The role emphasizes speed, quality and customer excellence.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of collision repair experience required.
• Ability to complete all refinishing steps with quality.
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Review body work for quality as it arrives in the paint department.
• Mix color, match finishes, and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Complete all refinish operations per work order.
• Maintain paint material inventory and safety practices.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines.
