Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Refinish Prepper to join our team. The role involves surface prep, masking, priming, base and clear coat application to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

• Experience in auto body refinishing and painting processes.
• Ability to prep surfaces, mask, prime and apply base/clear coats.
• Knowledge of insurance guidelines and standards.

• Apply primers, sealers, basecoats, color coats, and clear coats to restore vehicles.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a quality paint job.

The Auto Body Refinish Prepper must prepare the vehicle to ensure a quality refinish repair of each customer’s vehicle to restore it back to pre-accident condition.

The Auto Body Refinish Prepper thoroughly sands, masks, primes, and prepares each vehicle for refinishing as per insurance guidelines and standards at the collision repair facility.
