Parts Authority is hiring Warehouse Associates in New Jersey. This role supports our distribution operations by receiving, stocking, and replenishing inventory to meet customer needs with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work in varying warehouse temperatures (hot, cold, drafts).
• Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Certification for pallet jacks or related equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label, and store incoming shipments; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support collision auto parts division with receiving, stocking, picking, and organizing oversized parts.
• Inspect, stock, and organize parts for delivery routes.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety; operate pallet jacks if certified.
• Assist with loading morning deliveries and unloading returns.
• Develop familiarity with collision components and related items to reduce errors.
