JOB SUMMARY

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for overseeing the center's operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, in line with Caliber’s SOP, insurance partners, and industry standards.

COMPENSATION

Potential annual earnings: $80,000 - $90,000 + Bonus Eligibility

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3 years collision management experience
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics
• Experience with CCC1 software
• Knowledge of repair processes and procedures
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong prioritization skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
