Service Center: Franklin - Columbia Ave
Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager. This role involves overseeing the entire operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor financial performance, and review previous month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends. Ensuring vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely, and profitably according to Caliber’s SOPs, insurance standards, and industry guidelines is essential.
