Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator in Marianna, FL to guide customers from drop-off to delivery and ensure a smooth repair experience.

You will prepare customer and insurance estimates, coordinate with insurers to manage claims, and keep customers informed about progress and timelines. The role requires CCC1 familiarity and preferred I-CAR/ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR or ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for the customer from drop-off through delivery.
• Prepare estimates for customers and insurance partners per guidelines.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to manage claims and customer experience.
• Provide updates to customers on repair progress.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.
• Conduct other related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.
