Job summary

Caliber Collision's Granger service center is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles, and prepare final paperwork before delivery.

This role also handles total-loss administration and communicates post-repair status to customers while upholding Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan communication including status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
