Job summary

Caliber Collision Texarkana is hiring a Collision Estimator to write vehicle repair estimates, review processes, and manage paperwork through to delivery. You will also finalize total loss administration and communicate repair status to customers while following all safety rules and company standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21+ years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and initiate process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery and DRP/final invoice.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate repair status to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules, guidelines, and company standards.
