MAC Incorporated in Kingston, NY is seeking an Estimator with strong experience in DRP writing and familiarity with CCC and Mitchell estimating systems. The role requires an active NYS IA license, 2+ years of collision estimating, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Active NYS IA license required.
• 2+ years collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsabilités

• Write estimates for DRP projects and daily tasks.
• Conduct process reviews and check-in customer vehicles.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair updates to customers.
