Job summary

Caliber Collision in Logan, Utah is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating and related duties, including processing paperwork, DRP, and final invoices. The role requires knowledge of repair processes and strong communication with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and assess vehicle damage.
• Conduct process reviews to ensure accurate estimates and approvals.
• Check in customer vehicles and verify paperwork upon intake and delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and prepare final invoices and DRP paperwork.
• Provide post-repair status updates and communications to customers.
