Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-ins, and final paperwork prior to delivery. This role includes total-loss administration and clear communication of post-repair plans to customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork before delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plan to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while complying with safety rules and standards.
