Job summary

Caliber Collision in San Jose, CA is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles and finalizing post-repair plan communication with customers.

This role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid Driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. CCC1 or similar estimating software proficiency is expected; a sales orientation helps in a fast-paced shop.
