Classic Collision is seeking an experienced collision estimator to guide customers from drop-off to delivery of their repaired vehicle. You will prepare detailed estimates for customers and insurers, and work with insurance partners to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a background in collision estimating; CCC1 experience and I-CAR/ASE certifications are a plus. This on-site position includes benefits and weekly pay.

• Coordinate with technicians to identify all damages.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores per company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.
• Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.
• Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.
• Maintains communication with customers providing updates on repair process.
• Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills
• Successful completion of background check required.
